FlexCAM provide a range of wire mesh belts to suit new and existing conveyors. These are usually found in food processing applications such as Cooling, Freezing, Proofing, Steam cooking, Baking and the like.

A range of belt types (Wire mesh, Eyelink, Plate etc.), widths, thickness, and pitch of mesh are available depending on the product type and application. Both Straight Running and Side-flexing types are available.

TwenteFlex is an innovative designed spiral belt with no welded joints. The links of the TwenteFlex are mechanically locked, accomplished by bending the cross rod and its lock into the connection link through 180 degrees. This makes TwenteFlex the strongest and most reliable spiral belt for food processing applications. TwenteFlex spiral belts focus on food safety while reducing costs of operation, maintenance and cleaning.

TwenteSideFlex is based on TwenteFlex spiral belt and designed to be used in spiral or oval systems without a centre drum that drives the belt. It’s drive sprockets are fitted on one or more vertical drive shafts at the outside edge of the belt, engaging in the outer link of the belt. Because there is no drum in the centre, when using outside direct drive, you are free to exploit that space in any way you like. Due to it’s design, a system running TwenteSideFlex is much easier to clean, allows for wide belts and allows for a single belt to run up and down in the same spiral.
